Asia Mart Debrecen operates this Site as an informational product catalog for our physical grocery store in Debrecen, Hungary. The Site is not an online payment or checkout system. The shopping cart on this Site is an order-builder only: it lets you select items and send a summary of your selection to us via WhatsApp. No payment, card, or banking information is collected or processed through this Site at any stage.

2. Prices and availability

Prices shown on the Site are indicative and provided for reference only. They may differ from the final price charged in-store or on our Wolt delivery listing, and may change at any time without prior notice. Product availability is not guaranteed until we confirm your order after receiving it via WhatsApp. Some items may be out of stock, discontinued, or replaced by a similar product.

3. How ordering works

When you send an order request via WhatsApp, this is a request only, not a binding purchase. We will contact you to confirm item availability, final pricing, and how you would like to receive or pay for your order (in-store pickup or via our Wolt delivery service). The actual sale and payment take place in-store or through the Wolt platform, subject to their respective terms.

4. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos, and other content on the Site are the property of Crown-Express Kft. (operating as Asia Mart Debrecen) or its licensors, unless otherwise indicated, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

5. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Crown-Express Kft. is not liable for damages arising from reliance on information published on the Site, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Hungarian or EU law.
