This Site is an informational catalog and does not require you to create an account or log in. We aim to collect the minimum information necessary.

Order requests via WhatsApp: if you use the 'Send order via WhatsApp' feature, the message content (your name as saved in WhatsApp, and the list of items you selected) is sent directly from your device to our business WhatsApp number. This information is handled according to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and is used by us only to prepare and confirm your order — it is not stored in any database on this Site.

Basic browsing data: like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically log basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and performance purposes. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising tracking tools on this Site; if this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly before any such tool is enabled.

2. How we use information

Any information you choose to send us (for example, via WhatsApp) is used only to process and fulfill your order request, respond to your enquiries, and communicate with you about your purchase. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
